Refund and Returns Policy

1) National Market (India)

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the parcel is dispatched.


Exchange & Refund Policy

If the customer receives the product in perfect condition but is unsatisfied and wants an exchange or refund:

  • As per our policy, we do not provide refunds or returns on any product once sold.
  • For stitched products, only size exchange is possible within the same product. Exchange with other products is not allowed.
  • Items can only be exchanged for another product of the same or higher value.
  • You must contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number/invoice at info@poshandprettybynav.com
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags intact and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Charges:

  • ₹150 for 1 piece
  • ₹100 per piece for 2 or more
    Charges must be paid online before we dispatch the exchanged item.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, customers must send the product back at their own cost. Use reputed courier services, as we are not liable for lost shipments.

Note:

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.
  • COD is not available for exchange orders.
  • We will send the replacement only after receiving the original product.

Damaged Packaging Upon Delivery:
If your parcel looks tampered with or damaged, do not accept the package. We will not be liable for claims on accepted damaged packages.


Damaged or Wrong Products (Opening Video Required)

  • An opening video is required for damage or wrong product claims.
  • The video must show the complete unopened package being opened clearly.
  • If the product is indeed incorrect/damaged, we will offer an exchange or refund after reviewing the claim.

Refund Includes:

  • Order amount
  • Shipping cost up to ₹100 (if you’re shipping it back)

Refunds are processed via GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, or bank transfer within 24–48 hours of receiving the item.

We do not consider the product damaged if:

  • It doesn’t suit you
  • You dislike the fabric
  • Minor tassel pulls or print inconsistencies are present (these are natural in hand-block prints)
  • There’s a slight color difference due to lighting/screens
  • There’s a +/- 5% variation in size

Note: Products intentionally damaged after delivery are not eligible for return/refund.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Items bought with a gift voucher or coupon

2) International Market (Outside India)

General Policy

All orders are quality checked before dispatch. We do not offer refunds for international orders.

If you receive a wrong or damaged product, you may be eligible for a discount or compensation.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Fit issues
  • Fabric dissatisfaction
  • Minor defects (tassel pulls, slight print variations)
  • Color or size differences within accepted limits
